Aroggya: An affordable Smart Medicine Dispensing Box for Elderly Care in Bangladesh
This project developed an affordable, user-friendly smart medicine dispensing box for elderly individuals in Bangladesh, addressing challenges in medication management without caregiver assistance. Key features include Bluetooth-controlled medication dispensing via an Android app, automated alerts, and caregiver integration for prescription input. The system was designed with SolidWorks, operated using Arduino, and the app was built with MIT App Inventor, focusing on simplicity and accessibility to enhance user independence.
